She was stabbed 37 times by the Japanese soldiers at the age of just 19. And I will remember her words, ‘remember history, but not the hatred’.”
The about 200 international students from the School of International Education, Nanjing Medical University come from countries such as Thailand, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Mauritius, Ghana, and India.

She told us about the history when she returned to Pakistan.” This was the first time the couple took their little daughter Sohaye Usman to the Memorial Hall. “I feel very sad. We will let more people know about the history when we return to Pakistan one day,” she said.
At the Epilogue of the Historical Materials Exhibit Hall, S.VAISHNAVI from India took a picture of eight Chinese characters saying “Remember History and Cherish Peace”. Three months ago, she came to the Nanjing Medical University, majoring in clinical medicine. This was the first time she visited the Memorial Hall. Before she came to China, she didn’t know anything about the Nanjing Massacre. “The massacre was so brutal. I feel so sad. I must take the pictures and let my family watch them when I return to India. I will also call on young people around me to cherish peace that didn’t come easily.”
