The September 27th of this year marked the birthday of our American friend, Ms. Minnie Vautrin. Many visitors to the Memorial Hall pay tributes for her tending the refugees in the endless dark days, by laying her favourite chrysanthemums in front of her bronze statue in the Exhibition Hall. May her rest in peace!
