On December 14, 2021, 30 representatives of international students from Nanjing University of Science and Technology came to the Memorial Hall to participate in the exchange activity of Zijin Grass International Peace School on the first opening day after the National Memorial Day. Li Xin, a researcher at the Institute of Philosophy and Culture of Jiangsu Provincial Academy of Social Sciences, taught “How to Remember the History of the Nanjing Massacre”. "There was a war in my country, too," said Inu, a Filipino girl, “I hope this will not happen again and that peace will continue." Chu Ziyang, a young man from Belarus said, "I hope that more international friends will come to the Memorial Hall, get close to this painful period of history, and realize the value of peace."
